CLIENT COMMITMENT & TRANSFORMATION CONTRACT

You are here to change. Not to talk about change. Not to hope for it. To make it happen.
By agreeing to work with me, you commit to showing up—mentally, emotionally, and physically—for your transformation.
This is a contract between you (the client) and me, Michael Pattinson (the practitioner).
Read every word. Sign only if you're serious.
1. BEFORE YOUR SESSION — PREP LIKE A PROFESSIONAL
You are expected to complete the following in the 48 hours leading up to your session:
a. Sleep Discipline:
Minimum 7 hours of sleep per night.
No screens 90 minutes before bed.
Room dark, quiet, and cool. No excuses.
b. Morning Light Protocol:
Go outside within 30 minutes of waking.
10-minute walk in natural light—rain, cloud, or shine.
This is not optional. Your brain needs it.
c. Self-Talk Installation – “Show Up Protocol”
Speak this to yourself out loud, every morning:
“You are responsible. You lead your life now.
No more waiting. No more drifting.
You said you’d change. Now do it.”
d. Movement Commitment:
Move your body every day for at least 15 minutes. Walk, stretch, breathe—anything. But move.
e. No Alcohol or Recreational Drugs:
For at least 48 hours before the session.
2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment is required in full to confirm your session.
Once paid, the session is locked. No refunds. No reschedules within 48 hours.
If I’m traveling to you, an additional fee applies. All payments are prepaid.
3. MANDATORY POST-SESSION PRACTICE – YOUR CHANGE TOOLKIT
You agree to begin the following within 7 days after the session and continue for 21 days minimum:
a. Daily Hypnosis Audio (Provided):
Listen once or twice per day. Preferably upon waking and before sleep.
b. Mental Rehearsal:
Close your eyes. Visualize the new version of you in action.
Feel the success. Hear the new identity. Practice it.
c. Affirmation Statements:
Speak these out loud, daily:
“This is who I am now. I don’t go back.”
“I lead with strength and follow through.”
d. Identity Statement (Written):
Every morning write:
“I am now the kind of person who [insert your new behavior/identity].”
e. Habit Tracker:
Track daily habits with a physical or digital checklist. No blank days. You check the box or you don’t.
f. Anchor Phrase for Cravings or Old Habits:
When triggered, say out loud:
“This is not me anymore. That chapter is closed.”
4. ACCOUNTABILITY CLAUSE
You understand this process is only as powerful as your follow-through.
If you don’t show up for yourself, the results don’t show up either.
You take full responsibility. No excuses. No blame. No backdoors.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Your session content remains 100% confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. LEGAL STATEMENT
You understand this is a coaching/hypnosis program, not medical treatment.
By signing, you release Michael Pattinson of all liability related to lack of outcome caused by non-compliance or unrealistic expectations.
