• Terms and Conditions for Stop Smoking in 1 Session with Hypnosis

    1. Overview

    By booking a Stop Smoking session with Michael Pattinson (the "Service Provider"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is intended to clarify the services provided, the responsibilities of both parties, and the expectations regarding the outcomes of the session.

    2. Service Description

    Michael Pattinson offers a professional 90-minute Stop Smoking Hypnosis Session, either conducted online or in-person (with an additional travel fee for locations beyond a 40-minute radius from Castlemaine, Victoria).

    3. Success Rate and Limitations

    While hypnosis has been shown to be effective for many individuals in breaking the smoking habit, results may vary. Success is influenced by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s commitment, mindset, and receptiveness to the hypnosis process.

    The Service Provider does not guarantee that the client will quit smoking after the first session. However, hypnosis has been shown to work in a high percentage of cases. The Service Provider makes no claims regarding the complete success of the session for every client.

    4. Fees and Payment

    • The cost of the session is $380 for 90 minutes.

    • Travel fee: An additional $120 will apply for travel beyond a 40-minute radius from Castlemaine, Victoria. This fee must be prepaid.

    • All sessions are prepaid, and payment must be received in full before the session is confirmed.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    • The client agrees to attend the scheduled session in a timely manner. If a session is missed or rescheduled without at least 24 hours' notice, the payment will not be refunded.

    • The client agrees to provide accurate and honest information regarding their smoking habits, health history, and any other factors that could affect the session.

    6. No Liability for Outcomes

    The Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the client has a positive experience and the highest chance of success. However, the client understands and agrees that:

    • Hypnosis is not a medical treatment and results cannot be guaranteed.

    • The Service Provider is not responsible for any personal or medical issues, emotional or psychological responses, or behavioral changes resulting from the session.

    • The Service Provider is not liable for any unintended outcomes or damages, either direct or indirect, arising from participation in the session.

    7. Confidentiality

    All information shared between the client and the Service Provider during the session will remain strictly confidential, except where required by law. The Service Provider will not share personal data or session details with any third parties without prior written consent.

    8. Client's Right to Refuse

    The client has the right to refuse any part of the session at any time. The Service Provider will make reasonable accommodations to ensure the client feels comfortable during the session.

    9. Indemnification

    By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Pattinson from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of hypnosis or the outcomes of the session, including those related to unintended results.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate legal forum within Victoria.

    11. Agreement

    By booking and paying for the Stop Smoking session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
